In the fall of 2018, God called Lorene on a 40 day fast for sex trafficked survivor Kelly Patterson. During the fast the Lord took her on a journey into the spirit realm where he revealed his heart to her in regards to women trapped in sex trafficking – the fastest growing criminal activity in the world.
