War Time Poetry & Stories

Greg Writes: 'These poems and short stories, including the letters to my wife Robyn, were written while I was at Forward Operating Base Tinsley in Afghanistan in 2011. I was a member of the Force Communications Unit and part of Australia's commitment to the War on Terrorism. 'Writng was my way of dealing with the environment I found myself in. It was my own little piece of sanity and a place I could go to escape, reflect and unwind.'
