Use Your Head, Heal Your Heart

As a fit and active 51-year old, with low cholesterol and no obvious risk-factors, I experienced a near fatal heart attack. I was fitted with a stent and prescribed a life-sentence of medication, that contained a long list of terrible side effects, and was told that the chances of another heart attack were quite high. Confused, scared and frustrated at the position I found myself in, I decided to learn as much as I could about heart disease. What I have discovered along my journey to recovery, i
