Trivariate Local Lagrange Interpolation and Macro Elements of Arbitrary Smoothness

Matt constructs two trivariate local Lagrange interpolation methods which yield optimal approximation order and Cr macro-elements based on the Alfeld and the Worsey-Farin split of a tetrahedral partition.
