The story of the Last Breath is told through the journals of the main character, Desiderio Roman, and what he witnesses and experiences in purgatory. As one of the grave robbers, an outlaw in purgatory, Desiderio struggles mightily as he faces emotional and physical, opposing daemons. "Purg" is a dangerous seedy world of witchcraft, swords, giants and dragons.
