How can true healing and transformation take place after years of racial turmoil? The abolishment of segregation in South Africa ended years of oppression, yet instead of bringing healing, it produced new horrendous suffering and destruction and death. The curse was not broken; instead, it seemed to intensify. The truth is, government can only implement and enforce rules and regulations-it cannot liberate hearts.   After tripping over her own wounds and scars and grief, God finally brought
