In March 1996, an FBI headquarters supervisor met with Chicago's Joint Terrorism Task Force. FBI Agent Robert Wright questioned the FBI's refusal to pursue criminal investigations of Middle Eastern terrorist groups like HAMAS. The supervisor yelled at Wright, "I
