Mike was born on January 2nd 1938 at Hollywood, California. Came to Seattle, Washington in 1940 with his mother and resided at 7701 13th S W on Holden Street in the Highland Park District. Mike went from K through 8th grade at Highland Park Grade School; his freshman year at Denny Jr. High; and his sophomore year at the Great West Seattle High School.
