Space Battleship Hayabusa

Hayato is an ordinary high school student. One day after school, he and his childhood friend, Kanami, are walking home together when, after an incredible event, he begins to see a strange female apparition. She is dressed in a military uniform and looks very impressive, but she is actually a microscopic life form that has taken up residence in Hayato's body. She is also the captain of a spaceship. When the extremely small space warrior enters Hayato's body, he becomes a two-meter-long spaceship!
