PLOTS, CLOTS and CALAMITY

PLOTS, CLOTS and CALAMITY is a satirical adaptation of Mark McKirdy's doctoral thesis on James Cook's first great ocean voyage in the Pacific from 1769 to 1771. The featured characters were all on board Cook's ship Endeavour and the places visited are authentic. Actual historical events and famous figures contemporary to the 18th century are also interwoven in order to create a greater sense of accuracy.
