My Journey to Redemption

Buckle up for an unimaginable journey! I was born in New Orleans to a single mother with five children and raised in a Florida housing project plagued by poverty and dysfunction. My mother, a chronic alcoholic, often vanished, leaving me to seek out positive male role models. I grew up witnessing violence and faced my own demons-gangs, drugs, and domestic abuse. Yet, I realize now that a higher power was watching over me. I survived multiple life-threatening situations, and I'm grateful to share
