My Journey through the United States

Dr. Ved Gossain arrived in USA with only 8 dollars in his pocket. He already had his basic medical degree (MBBS) and a post-doctoral degree in Medicine (MD) from India, but that was not recognized by the American Medical system. Consequently, he completed another Medical residency for three years. He also completed a three-year fellowship in Endocrinology and ultimately went on to become an endowed professor and chief of the division of Endocrinology at Michigan State University. (now emeritus).
