For those not satisfied with who they are, or know they can do better... When we look in the mirror, we see a reflection. If we don't like what we see, we can either make cosmetic changes or, through surgery, get alterations implemented. Unfortunately, we can't do that if we've developed bad habits or traits, and often some of our bad habits, we don't even know about until someone exposes them.
