Lise Meitner

In a world clearly dominated by men, Lise Meitner trained, researched tirelessly and managed to change the history of a branch of science in which she was always discriminated against for being a woman. In addition, she suffered persecution by the Nazis in Germany for being Jewish. In spite of all the adversities, she managed to be a great protagonist in the field of physics and her research initiated the atomic era. She contributed so much to science that she undoubtedly deserved the Nobel Priz
