The Hall Institute of Public Policy-New Jersey was founded in 2005 by George E. Hall. These essays, as well as others, can be found on the Hall Institute web site at http://www.HallNJ.org. The website has hundreds of articles on a variety of topics, both regional and national. The Institute has also established a weekly podcast, a web based television program on LiveStream and YouTube, and scholarly conferences - all to explore the complexities of public policy issues.
