Innerlight's; Eat and Drink My Words I wrote this book over a span of many years. poetry reflects my true self. I hope my book. will inspire others to write about their innermost thoughts. My book covers a wide range of subjects. Mostly, my poetry reflects my inner self of a lifetime of verbal abuse and physical trauma. I have come full circle embraced God and forgiven those who hurt me.
