Information Needs Of People In Rural India: A Case Study Of Sheikhpura District (Bihar)

The present work is an in depth study of the rural community to provide a basis for planning information service and also for reforming the existing information services and systems. The Present study deals not only the information need of rural people but also it is an attempt towards the analysis of rural community, factor affecting their information need and the effectiveness of existing information services, systems and sources.
