Every family has its favourite recipes that are passed down from one generation to another. And so it is with the Doucets and Hennessys. The Association Maison Doucet Hennessy Association Inc., has compiled this recipe book as a fundraising project for 2012. Throughout the summer of 2011 we asked for submissions from everyone with connections to the house in order to get as many recipes as possible. In this book you will find tried and true recipes for sweets, breads and main dishes that have pa
