On a stormy night, young Brandon Miller screams in terror, prompting his mother to rush to his room. He claims to have found a snake head in his bed, but his brother Michael denies being responsible. To calm them down, their mother tells them a spooky story about a boy named Timmy, who was often bullied at school but carried around a toy skeleton called "Ghoulie."
