Every Day a Last Dance

   It was the worst year of the COVID pandemic. Everything about the way we lived our lives changed profoundly. Social isolation became the norm, and one essential human ritual was placed on hold. For anyone who lost a loved one during this time, the act of grieving became complicated. Our ability to mourn our dead relies heavily on interaction with others.
