Constructing an Eco-Balanced Copyright Regime for the Video Game Industry in China

This book aims to address the copyright issues surrounding VGs and to balance the interests of the various stakeholders (in both legal and social contexts) in order to promote the sustainable development of the VG industry for the benefit of society. Sustainable development is an approach to development that protects society in the long term, taking into account both present and future needs.
