Carter Glass A Biography

Carter Glass was one of the more significant Virginia politicians in the early part of the 20th century. A Lynchburg native, he was to represent both houses of Congress, and was the Secretary of the Treasury under Woodrow Wilson. He was instrumental in establishing the Federal Reserve System.
