Behind Enemy Lines in France and the Far East

In October 1943, Frederick Bailey, a wireless operator who had trained with the Royal Armoured Corps, was selected for Special Operation Executive’s wireless training centre at Fawley Court, Henley-on-Thames. It was the start of an incredible wartime career that saw Fred serve behind enemy lines in both the European and Far East theatres.
