Milky Harris was born on March 31, 1956, in Rochford, Essex. He attended Long Road Junior School and Furtherwick Park Senior School, leaving at the age of 16. Though he had no formal higher education, he excelled in the arts and sports, particularly rugby, football, and long-distance running.
