A Bowhunter in God's Cathedral

Years of wandering the woodlands, swamps, hills, and farmlands in search of the elusive whitetail deer have brought me closer to recognizing the presence of God in the magnificence of His creation. It is impossible to canoe a remote river, camp for an evening on a northern lake, or walk through deep woods without feeling His presence. When I do any of these things, I realize that I am truly a guest inside God's Cathedral, and thankfulness overwhelms me. "Hunter" is a word that implies a living e
